Crushroom Industrial Kitchen Equipment

In 2018 I was approached by a vegan jerky company to engineer and build a piece of custom industrial kitchen equipment which would reliably and repeatably crush mushrooms to be seasoned and made into vegan jerky. Over the next five years I would build several machines, refining the function and design each time.
